Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP/E-commerce)

At rapiddweller “We are driving the digital transformation by automating monotonous dweller tasks to leave meaningful work for humans”. We work remotely from home or anywhere we like (e. g. co-working spaces) to get the work done. One day a week, the entire team comes together in the office for knowledge exchange and team-building activities, while the other days are optional.
Web Development
- Develop and enhance e-commerce websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Typo3, Shopware, Joomla, and other CMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize website and shop performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Extend and build new plugins or features using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Great opportunities to learn more and deepen your knowledge in our rapiddweller technology stack: Frontend & Backend, Python, SQL, ReactJS, Software Architecture, Design, and Testing, Kubernetes, Cloud, Flutter.
Management
- Keeping an overview of our customer projects.
- Grow and develop as a team leader to assign tasks to our team of web developers, in the manner of a well-balancing workload aligning to their skillsets and business knowledge.
Hiring and Interview Process
- Round 1: Interview _ Introduction and quick English proficiency assessment.
- Round 2: Challenge _ Technical Development Challenge and skills assessment.
- Round 3: Interview _ Discussion of Technical Challenge, Motivation, and Skills.
- Round 4: Final Round _ Technical Interview with Co-Founders.
Skills and requirements
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experiences.
- Solid development experience in multiple languages.
- Experience and understanding of the web and its technology ( Communication, Website Development, Hosting, SEO/SEM ). Kubernetes & Docker are a plus.
- As a fast and eager learner, you enjoy digging into new technologies.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Good communication (English).
- Problem-solving skills, teamwork, and good user relations.
